We collect the following personal data through this website:

  • Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional), content of your message.

  • Technical data: your IP address is recorded in server logs and attached to your enquiry for security purposes.

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your enquiry and preparing a proposal — GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the checkbox on the form.
  • Website security and operation (server logs) — legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. accounting, if a contract is concluded) — Article 6(1)(c).

4. Data retention periods

Enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years after our last contact, so we can respond to follow-up enquiries. If a contract is concluded, related data is retained for the periods required by law (e.g. accounting documents — up to 10 years). Server logs are kept for short periods determined by our hosting provider.

5. Data transfers to third parties

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is processed on the infrastructure of the following service provider:

  • Hostinger — website hosting and email services; data is stored in data centres within the European Union.

Data may be disclosed to public authorities only where required by law.
