What is RPA and why UiPath
An RPA robot is software — not a physical robot. It works with the same applications your team already uses, operating through the interface just as a person would — only much faster and without errors.

Our robots are built by a certified specialist who holds the UiPath Automation Developer Associate and Automation Developer Professional certifications.
UiPath is our primary tool, but where the situation calls for it we also work with other platforms, such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate) — the technology is chosen to match your process and infrastructure.
When RPA is the right choice

- Manual execution takes more than 30 minutes per week
When RPA is not the right choice

Human oversight and exceptions
RPA robots are reliable but not infallible. Every automation includes exception handling — when a robot encounters a situation it wasn't trained for, it alerts a person rather than processing data incorrectly. Your team can always review and correct robot actions.
Real project examples
Fuel receipt processing — logistics
The team used to read fuel receipts by hand: checking the price, country, and quantity, then keying everything into Navision (Microsoft Dynamics NAV). Now a robot reads each receipt, extracts and validates the data, and posts it to the ERP itself — employees only review the exceptions the robot flags. The same approach works for CMR consignment notes and other transport documents, whose reading and validation is one of the most common pain points in logistics.
EDI declarations — logistics
Declarations used to be filled in one by one — for every country and every driver separately. Now transactions arrive in the robot's queue together with driver information, and the robot completes every required declaration automatically via API — for all countries, without manual input.
Frequently asked questions
- UiPath licence pricing depends on the deployment type and scale. We'll include this in the project proposal after the discovery conversation.
- RPA robots typically work with any system that has a graphical user interface — including legacy systems without an API. We'll verify compatibility during discovery.
- If the system or process changes, the robot needs to be updated. The first month of adjustments after go-live is free; after that we agree on a support model — retainer or hourly.
- Robots can run around the clock — as often as needed. You control when and how frequently the robot runs.
- This depends on the deployment model. We'll discuss the options during the project.
