How We Work

Automation works when it's built on process understanding — not a technology demonstration. Here's what every TAURPA project looks like.

Project phases

1

Free process discovery call

The first step is always free. We meet (or connect remotely) and discuss your situation — what problems you're seeing, which processes are causing the most friction, what you're trying to achieve. You don't need to know in advance what solution you want.

After this conversation we can tell you: whether your problem is suited to automation, which technology would likely fit best, and what other questions need answering before starting.

2

Process analysis and proposal

If the discovery call shows automation is a good fit, we go deeper. We analyse the specific process: steps, systems, data flows, exceptions. We document this and prepare a technical proposal with scope, timeline, and cost.

The proposal is specific and clear — no references to "price depends on" without explanation.

3

Development and testing

We build the solution to the agreed specification. We test with your real data — not just the happy path, but the exceptions that always turn up. All scenarios are documented before handover.

4

Deployment and handover

We deploy in your environment, train your team, and hand over documentation. After handover you have everything needed to manage the solution without us — or to come back to us when questions arise.

The first month after go-live is on us — we fix and fine-tune the solution free of charge. After that, support is by agreement: a monthly retainer or hourly work, whichever fits how often your processes change. To request a change, just email us.

Our principles

Understanding first, technology second

We won't start a project until we clearly understand the problem. Often the first conversation reveals that the real issue isn't what was originally described.

We say so when it won't work

If a process isn't suitable for automation, or the expected benefits aren't realistic — we'll say so directly. It may cost us a sale, but it helps you.

We hand over — we don't retain

Our goal is for your team to be able to manage the solution independently. Documentation, training, and handover are standard project components, not add-ons.

Working in the Lithuanian market

We understand the Lithuanian business environment, systems, and specifics. We communicate in Lithuanian and English — no language barrier.

The clients we work with

We work with businesses of all sizes — most often small and mid-sized companies, though size is not a constraint. We have the most experience in these sectors:

  • Finance and accounting
  • Logistics and warehousing
  • Manufacturing
  • Wholesale and retail
  • Professional services (legal, consulting, HR)
  • E-commerce

Don't see your sector? Get in touch — the same automation principles apply to almost any business.

Frequently asked questions

  • It depends on the process complexity. A straightforward RPA project typically takes 1–2 weeks; more complex ones longer. Exact timelines are included in the proposal.
  • Not always. Many projects can be completed without a dedicated IT team on your side. We'll discuss what's specifically needed in your case.
  • Yes. Initial meetings are typically remote, and deployment can also be done remotely in most cases.
  • Your data is processed in accordance with GDPR. More details are in our Privacy Policy.
